Looking Pretty

Looking Pretty

On July 19th I was very honored to be the guest at the Teddy Bear Tea at the Mackie house. This tea party was just for kids, the kids came dressed up as there favorite princess or prince! When the kids arrived they got to have their photo taken with a large teddy bear and me. It was so much fun to see the kids faces light up when they saw me standing at the door, welcoming them. Once everyone had arrived we all went outside and decorated cupcakes. I have never seen so much icing, and messy little hands. The kids have such amazing imaginations and great decorating skills. All of the cupcakes looked so delicious, one little girl even made a “special” cupcake just for me. 🙂

It was so sweet she came up to me with a cupcake with a crown made of sprinkles and told me it was made with love just for me. After decorating the cupcakes we went back inside to eat some animal cookies and drink ice tea. When we were done eating and drinking our tea we got to play games. And who doesn’t love playing games? We played tag, sang songs and blew bubbles. The kids absolutely loved the bubbles.

After we went back inside and sang “The Teddy Bear Picnic” and other songs and lullabies, all to do with teddy bears. The kids loved to sing and dance along, I had a little dance party going on in the centre. Then duck-duck goose was played and the day was over before we knew it. It was such a amazing day to spend with all of the kids! 🙂 👑
