On fathers day the 21st of June I attended the Vintage Car Club of Canada (VCCC) Fathers Day Car Show with my Dad. My dad has always loved old cars and now I see why. All of the cars at this show had some sort of story to go along with them that the owner of the car was not afraid to tell. It was so cool to see that a car could hold such history. All of the owners were so proud of their cars. Not only were cars at the show, but also old travel trailers that people had redone. I was delighted to see one of the kids who I peer tutor there with his dad.
It was so cool to see so many people come out to this event with there families, what a great way to spend Fathers Day, the local media was there including radio stations, and the news paper. There was food available, live music and judging to see who people thought had the nicest car. The event was very crowded and had a festive feel to it. Quite a few Vintage Car Club owners took a picture of me with their babies (cars that is). All in all it was a very good day with my Dad and I hope he enjoyed it as much as I did!! 👑
